Dough Bear Pizza is a small, family-run pizza trailer. We collect the minimum we need to book your event and get pizzas to the right people — nothing more, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Booking an event: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue ZIP code, and guest count — so we can plan the event and reach you about it.

Ordering at an event:a name and phone number for the order, what you ordered, and your order's status — so we can call your name when it's ready.

Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers, and we never see them.

Who processes it

We run on a few trusted services, each seeing only what it needs: Stripe (payments and sales tax), Supabase (our database), Resend (booking emails), and Vercel (website hosting and anonymous page analytics).

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies only: one to keep you signed in if you're staff, and one to remember which event you're ordering from. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Want your info corrected or deleted? Reach out through the contact pageand we'll take care of it. We keep booking and order records only as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping.
