Terms
Last updated July 2026
These are the plain-English terms for booking Dough Bear Pizza and ordering at our events. Booking an event or placing an order means you agree to them.
Booking an event
Pay-on-site events: the date-hold fee is non-refundable — it holds your date, and we turn away other bookings for that day. Your guests pay per pizza at the event.
Prepaid events: the deposit is 30% of your estimate and applies toward the final price, which we confirm with you once the details are set. If you need to cancel, contact us — refunds on prepaid deposits are handled case by case depending on timing.
Ordering at an event
Prices are as shown on the menu at the time you order, plus applicable sales tax. If something goes wrong with an order, find us at the trailer — we'd rather fix it on the spot. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Payments
All card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
Weather and the real world
We cook outdoors on a live fire. If weather or safety makes an event impossible and we can't reschedule with you, we'll refund what you've paid — including a pay-on-site hold fee. That's the one case the non-refundable rule doesn't apply.
Questions
Anything unclear, ask first — contact us. We may update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did.
